Our house was built in 2016 and stands in the middle Dalmatia, right on the Adriatic coast in Privlaka, 14 km from the city of Zadar, approximately 100 meters from the water and with beautiful sea panorama. The villa offers all the amenities you could want. The house has 180 square meters of living space and consists of two separate apartments. First apartment is located in the ground floor and includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, an alcove and a living room with access to the 11 square meter terrace overlooking the sea. The second apartment is one floor up, but has also a second terrace and access to the 56 square meter roof terrace / solarium with sea view.

High-quality equipment, the kitchen, all bathrooms and open plan living area. In the courtyard, three parking is available for our guests. In the garden there is an open shower with cold-warm water.
